About the Role:

Bliss Farm Stays is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Sales & Reservation Manager to manage guest bookings, handle leads, and ensure smooth coordination across our properties. This is a full-time, in-office position with strong potential for growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest inquiries and booking requests via calls, WhatsApp, and OTA platforms

Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up

Operate CRM and PMS tools for lead tracking and reservation management

Coordinate with guests and property caretakers for seamless stay experiences

Maintain booking reports, occupancy records, and assist in pricing and promotions

Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory

Soft-spoken, organized, and target-oriented

Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred

Ability to use CRM/PMS systems and basic AI tools for workflow and lead management

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
