1.Attend Service complaints for AP, Telangana,Tamilnadu & Karnataka region
2.Attending the Machine Installation & Service calls for assign territory
3.Update & close the service calls in CRM & report to HO
4.Follow up for Service quotation approval & collect pending payments
5.Responsible for generating Revenue through Equipment Sales / Spares Sales /Service /AMC & AMC Renewals.
