We are looking for a Sales Support Executive / Telecaller who will be responsible for data preparation, coordinating with the sales team, and handling outbound & inbound customer calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily sales data in Excel.
• Generate and update customer database.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate between field sales team and clients.
• Share quotations, product details, and follow-up reminders.
• Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
• Assist sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Handle client inquiries professionally.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
• Good communication skills (English & local language).
• Ability to handle telecalling and follow-ups confidently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
