Big Classes is expanding its team! We're hiring Training Coordinators and a Training Manager who can take charge of converting inbound leads into successful training enrollments.

🔹 Role Overview:You will receive leads from multiple sources—your job is to connect with them, understand their training needs, and convert them into opportunities.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand their learning goals and recommend suitable training programs
• Convert leads into enrolled students
• Follow up and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Coordinate schedules between trainers and trainees
• Support the training operations team to ensure quality delivery

✨ Skills Required:

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities
• Prior experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer support
• Working knowledge of CRM tools

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:Hindi communication skills (advantageous)

• Background in EdTech or training institutes
• Experience handling and converting multiple lead sources
