Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspire, guide, and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment. 
• Goal Setting & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, set individual and team targets, and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
• Coaching & Training: Onboard new hires, provide ongoing skill development, offer performance feedback, and help resolve complex sales issues. 
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. 
• Sales Operations: Manage daily activities, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient processes. 
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with key clients and collaborate with other departments (marketing, product).

• Proven sales expertise and a strong understanding of products/services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Analytical abilities to interpret sales data.
• Ability to balance hands-on sales with strategic management.
