Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs for our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for improving team performance, enhancing sales skills, and helping achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for new and existing sales employees 🎯
• Develop sales training materials, presentations, and scripts
• Identify training needs and skill gaps
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Train employees on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Conduct role plays and mock calls
• Track training effectiveness and improve programs 📊
• Coordinate with sales managers to improve team productivity
• Prepare training reports and performance analysis
• Support onboarding and induction training
• RequirementsExcellent communication and presentation skills 🗣️
• Experience in sales training or sales team handling
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to motivate and guide team members
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
