Role Name:  Salesforce Developer

Tech Profile/Essential Skills

Education and Professional Skills

  • Professional qualification or equivalent.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable)  
  • Solid English reading/writing capability required.
  • Strong communication & articulation skills.
  • Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
  • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.  
  • Agile related certifications preferable.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas. 
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
  • Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews. 
  • Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs. 
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure. 
  • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
  • Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
  • Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce.
  • Work in an integrated environment with customer facing applications and middleware teams to ensure consistent and effective communication and project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and integrations by collaborating with cross functional technology teams
