Desired Experience Range: 5 years-10 Years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad

Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, SSO etc. 

• Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model

 • Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management 

• Must have knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce

 • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API etc.) 

· Implements complex data modelling and advanced project development of system architecture (especially for Data Migration into SFI). 

· understand the business requirement, develop, and design solutions leveraging the OOB capabilities of the FSC cloud and ensuring businessrequirements have been met and all commitments have been satisfied.
