Salesforce QA Manager(CDK India) – Enterprise Applications

Position Summary
The Enterprise Application QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance strategy, governance, and execution across CDK’s Salesforce ecosystem and integrated enterprise applications landscape (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Billing, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Legacy, and Azure platforms).
This role is accountable for building and maturing a QA Center of Excellence (QA CoE), establishing automation frameworks, driving AI-enabled testing capabilities, and ensuring consistent quality delivery across complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in QA practice with in Salesforce eco system, hands-on expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, and the ability to operate in a globally distributed organization.
Responsibilities
1. QA Strategy & Governance
· Define and implement the QA vision and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.
· Establish a QA Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on automation, best practices, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement.
· Develop and enforce QA governance, test standards, and defect management processes aligned with CDK’s enterprise architecture and DevOps practices.
2. Leadership & Team Management
· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce QA Engineers and automation testers.
· Manage team performance, workload balancing, skill development, and cross-functional collaboration with US and India-based stakeholders.
· Partner with the Sr. Manager, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to ensure end-to-end test coverage across business processes and systems.
3. Automation & AI-Driven Testing
· Design and implement automation frameworks across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Billing, Revenue Cloud), Oracle EBS/Fusion, legacy systems, and Azure-based integrations.
· Champion the use of AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot for QA, Testim, AccelQ, etc.) to accelerate script creation, scenario generation, and regression coverage.
· Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Harness/Copado/AutoRABIT) for seamless deployment validation.
· Explore generative AI models for test case generation, defect prediction, and automated data validation.
4. Cross-Platform Testing Enablement
· Ensure robust QA practices for end-to-end processes spanning Salesforce, Oracle, and on-premise systems.
· Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and DevOps teams for environment management, data refresh strategy, and test data automation.
· Validate data flows and integrations across Azure, APIs, and middleware platforms like Boomi and OIC.
5. Continuous Improvement & Metrics
· Define and track QA KPIs (e.g., defect density, automation coverage, escape rate, test execution efficiency).
· Establish automated quality dashboards and partner with the Platform Governance team to improve platform health.
· Drive lessons learned and retrospective reviews to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 10+ years of overall QA experience, with 5+ years in managing Salesforce and enterprise QA teams.
· Proven experience in Salesforce multi-cloud testing (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud).
· Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, AccelQ, Tricentis, Copado, AutoRABIT, etc.) and API testing frameworks.
· Knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion, Azure cloud, and integration testing in hybrid environments.
· Familiarity with AI testing innovations and automation or model-driven QA frameworks.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD integration.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
· Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator, ISTQB Advanced, or equivalent.
