Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Salesman to join our team at Kamakshi Silk Kendra. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle billing, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth in-store experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Provide product details, recommendations, and support to enhance customer experience.
• Handle POS billing operations efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inventory, including stock counting, arranging, and reporting shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Support day-to-day store operations as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to speak Telugu and Hindi (mandatory).
• Pleasant communication skills and customer-handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and POS billing (training can be provided).
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Experience or fresher — both can apply.
