Primary Skills

Strong experience in SAP F&R (Forecasting & Replenishment) module
Hands-on expertise in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and order optimization
Knowledge of SAP F&R configuration, master data, and integration with SAP Retail
Experience in setting up and maintaining F&R algorithms and forecast models
Ability to work with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) for demand sensing
Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and SAP IS-Retail

Secondary Skills

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori-based applications
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue resolution
Experience with performance tuning and optimization in SAP F&R
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
