SAP - Plan to Production Lead

SAP – Plan to Production Sr / Led:  leading the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Must be of subject matter expert (SME) who bridges business requirements with technical SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain.
• Skills Required : Deep SAP PP Knowledge: 7-10+ years of experience in SAP PP module, including multiple full lifecycle implementations in ECC or S/4HANA. S/4HANA Specifics: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA innovations such as MRP Live, embedded PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling), Fiori applications for manufacturing, and advanced ATP (aATP) integration. Manufacturing Processes: Expertise in various manufacturing types, including discrete manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, process manufacturing, make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), and engineer-to-order (ETO). Core PP Functions: Proficiency i Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare support.
• Process Optimization: Analyze complex business process requirements for the "Plan to Produce" cycle (SOP, Demand Management, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control) and propose optimized solutions leveraging SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Master Data Management: Oversee the definition and migration of critical master data, including Material Master, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers.
• Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between the PP module and other core SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Quality Management (QM), Finance & Controlling (FICO), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Technical Collaboration: Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects) and collaborate with ABAP and other technical teams to build and test solutions.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead project teams, conduct workshops, manage stakeholders, provide training, and mentor junior team members.
• Testing & Documentation: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows and training materials.
• Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), shop floor control, and production order management. Methodology: Familiarity with project methodologies, especially the SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA implementations. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of data flow and integration points with MM, SD, QM, FICO, and MES systems.
