1. Project management: Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of SAP projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. This involves creating project plans, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

2. AMS: Tracking and monitoring of tickets till closure. Carry out root cause analysis. Adherence to SLA compliance. Report back to all the stakeholders.

3. Team management: Leading and managing a team of SAP consultants and developers. This includes recruiting and training new team members, setting performance targets, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.

4. Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations, and ensuring that projects meet their needs. This involves regular communication with clients, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

5. Quality assurance: Ensuring that SAP projects meet high-quality standards. This includes conducting regular quality checks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring that best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Risk management: Identifying and managing project risks and issues. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and taking necessary actions to resolve issues and maintain project progress.

7. Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. This involves staying up to date with the latest SAP trends and technologies and recommending innovative solutions to clients.

Skills - Project management: Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of SAP projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget

Experience - 10+ years (relevant exp. as an SAP Program Manager or SAP Project Manager)
