• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in business process management, preferably with SAP Signavio. • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Experience with SAP ERP systems and integration with Signavio. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. • Working knowledge of SAP CALM, SAP LeanIX, Enable now and Walkme will be desired • Have good business process knowledge on at least one end to end process like PTP, OTC etc. and high level overview on other processes • SAP Signavio certification on Process Management Consultant. • SAP Signavio certification on Business Transformation Consultant • Working knowledge on one of more modules of SAP ERP systems • Experience in process mining and workflow automation. • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP CALM, ARIS, or other BPM tools. • Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation practices.
