• Primary skills:Technology->Automated Testing->Automated Testing - ALL,Technology->Finacle EB Technical->E Banking->security,Technology->Package testing->SAP,Technology->SAP Industry Solution->SAP Retail Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B Tech) or equivalent technical discipline. • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Testing across implementation, rollout, or support projects. • Strong experience designing and executing test cases for SAP modules, with exposure to at least one of SAP Retail, SAP FICO, or related SAP solutions. • Proven ability to perform functional and integration testing in SAP environments, including defect logging, tracking, and re-testing. • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in structured testing processes and tools. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate test results and issues clearly to stakeholders. • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge • Client Interfacing skills • Project and Team management Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for SAP implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across multiple SAP modules. Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for SAP Retail, SAP FICO, and related SAP applications in line with business requirements and process flows. Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements, clarify test conditions, and ensure complete coverage of critical business processes. Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and regression suites using SAP TOSCA or similar SAP test automation tools. Identify, log, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools; coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and re-validation. Participate in test planning activities, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and test strategy definition for SAP projects, releases, and change requests. Validate data integrity, financial accuracy, and end‑to‑end process consistency across integrated SAP modules and dependent upstream/downstream systems. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data, assisting business users during execution, and consolidating feedback and defect reports. Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation such as test plans, test cases, execution reports, defect metrics, traceability matrices, and regular status updates for stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP testing processes, standards, templates, and best practices to enhance overall delivery quality. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on experience testing SAP Retail processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and store operations with solid business process knowledge. Proven SAP FICO testing expertise, covering financial postings, integrations, and key finance scenarios. Practical experience with SAP TOSCA or similar automation frameworks for SAP environments. Experience working across multiple SAP modules in mid to large‑scale implementations. Demonstrated success in improving test coverage, reducing defect leakage, and ensuring high‑quality SAP releases. Familiarity with regression and performance testing approaches within SAP landscapes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to quickly understand complex SAP process flows and identify risk areas.
