SCCM Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage complex collections, advertisements, reports, and technical documents for SCCM infrastructure.
• Maintain and update OSD images for servers and workstations.
• Ensure timely deployment of software updates, security patches, and critical releases.
• Design custom OSD Task Sequences using PowerShell, VBScript, WMI, .NET, and XML.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting and support for SCCM infrastructure issues.
• Continuously evolve and innovate the end-user computing environment.
• Oversee system upgrades, compliance, and implementation of SCCM components.
• Perform system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Automate administrative tasks, improve service, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

• 5–8 years in SCCM, patch management, and software deployment.
• Extensive experience with Windows PowerShell scripting.
• Proven expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience in packaging, sequencing, and deployment.
• Certifications:
• MCSE, SCCM, MCSA, ITIL, MCITP, or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows system internals, registry, DNS, and desktop virtualization.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact across all organizational levels.
• High motivation, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
