Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Your role involves identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the team in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies effectively. - Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. - Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices for successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices. - Ability to facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
