Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily schedules, meetings, travel coordination, and business-related activities. The candidate should be well-organized, flexible, and capable of handling both administrative and field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities• Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments

• Coordinate and organize business meetings and travel arrangements

• Travel with the CEO for official meetings when required

• Handle calendar management and meeting follow-ups

• Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks

• Maintain proper communication with clients and internal teams

• Post updates or information on social media as per CEO instructions

• Support business activities related to land dealings and real estate operations

• Maintain records, schedules, and important documents when required

Requirementsāœ” Age Below 35 Years

āœ” Must know 4-Wheeler Driving with a valid driving license

āœ” Must have a Personal Laptop

āœ” Willing to travel with the CEO for official work

āœ” Hindi communication skills required

āœ” Basic social media knowledge

āœ” Good communication and organizational skills

āœ” Basic knowledge of real estate / land dealings preferred
