Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily schedules, meetings, travel coordination, and business-related activities. The candidate should be well-organized, flexible, and capable of handling both administrative and field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities⢠Manage and maintain the CEOās daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
⢠Coordinate and organize business meetings and travel arrangements
⢠Travel with the CEO for official meetings when required
⢠Handle calendar management and meeting follow-ups
⢠Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks
⢠Maintain proper communication with clients and internal teams
⢠Post updates or information on social media as per CEO instructions
⢠Support business activities related to land dealings and real estate operations
⢠Maintain records, schedules, and important documents when required
Requirementsā Age Below 35 Years
ā Must know 4-Wheeler Driving with a valid driving license
ā Must have a Personal Laptop
ā Willing to travel with the CEO for official work
ā Hindi communication skills required
ā Basic social media knowledge
ā Good communication and organizational skills
ā Basic knowledge of real estate / land dealings preferred
