Job Description
Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office (Marketing & Growth)Location: Hyderabad (WFO)
Experience: 1–3 years
Type: Full-time
The RoleYou’re the founder’s right hand.
You keep things moving, the brand talking, and chaos in check.
Not a “yes-sir” role. A get-things-done role.
What You’ll Do
- Help the founder stay sane: follow-ups, coordination, execution.
- Manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Plan & post content — wins, stories, updates (no cringe).
- Support marketing: brochures, decks, listings, campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, vendors.
- Track leads, tasks, and timelines so nothing slips.
You’ll Do Well If
- You’re organised by default.
- Writing clearly comes naturally.
- You get social media + brand vibes.
- You can juggle tasks without dropping balls.
- You say “handled” more than “not my job”.
Nice to Have
- Startup / founder’s office exposure.
- Basic design sense (Canva is a plus).
- Comfort with Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, etc.
