Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will advise clients on their business protection journey by shaping security strategy, designing solutions, and providing guidance to strengthen cyber resilience. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique security challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored security strategies, and providing expert insights to enhance their overall security posture. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure that your clients remain ahead of potential threats, while fostering a culture of security awareness within their organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their security needs are met.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with security governance frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
