As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methods and tools, and facilitating effective communication across various teams. The position demands proactive problem-solving to maintain project momentum and quality, while continuously optimizing delivery processes to meet client expectations and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of privileged access security concepts and best practices.
- Experience in managing and implementing security projects within complex environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements related to privileged access management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
