Security Guard

• 1. Premises SecurityMonitor entry and exit of customers, staff, and delivery personnel
• Ensure no unauthorized persons enter restricted areas
• Check and verify ID cards of employees and vendors
• 2. Inventory & Asset ProtectionPrevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized removal of goods
• Monitor loading/unloading of stock (especially pickles, sweets, and bulk orders)
• Maintain gate register for inward and outward materials
• 3. Surveillance & MonitoringMonitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises (day/night shifts)
• Immediately alert management in case of security breaches
• 4. Customer & Visitor ManagementGuide customers politely at entry/exit points
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures
• Assist in managing crowd during peak hours or festive seasons
• 5. Emergency HandlingRespond quickly to emergencies (fire, theft, medical issues)
• Coordinate with police, fire department, or ambulance if needed
• Follow emergency protocols and evacuation procedures
• 6. Discipline & ComplianceEnsure staff follows company policies (timings, uniforms, etc.)
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
• Maintain discipline at the premises
• Qualifications:Minimum: 10th Pass
• Prior experience in security (retail/store/warehouse preferred)
• Basic reading & writing skills (Telugu/Hindi; basic English is a plus)
• Skills Required:Alertness and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and stamina
• Good communication and polite behavior
• Integrity and honesty
• Working Conditions:Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• Standing for long hours
• Work during weekends and festivals (high business days)
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
