Job Description
- 1. Protect People and PropertyEnsure the safety of employees, visitors, and residents
- Protect buildings, equipment, and valuables from theft or damage
- 2. Monitor and PatrolRegularly patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle)
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and security systems
- 3. Control AccessCheck IDs and allow entry only to authorized persons
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required
- 4. Prevent CrimeDetect suspicious activities and take preventive action
- Deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other illegal acts
- 5. Respond to EmergenciesAct quickly during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches
- Follow emergency procedures and assist in evacuations
- 6. Report IncidentsRecord daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Prepare incident reports and inform supervisors or authorities
- 7. Enforce Rules and RegulationsEnsure company or site rules are followed
- Handle minor conflicts professionally and calmly
- 8. Assist Visitors and StaffProvide directions and information
- Offer assistance while maintaining security standards
- 9. Coordinate with AuthoritiesContact police, fire services, or medical teams when necessary
- Support investigations if required
