Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing security measures, and monitoring compliance with established protocols. You will engage in discussions to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that all security services align with client requirements and industry standards. Your role will also include providing guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex security challenges while fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance within their organizations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to enhance compliance and risk management.
- Conduct regular assessments of security controls and recommend improvements to ensure optimal protection.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with security incident response processes and best practices.
- Ability to analyze security data and generate actionable insights for risk mitigation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
