Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing solutions, and monitoring compliance with established standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that security measures are effective and aligned with organizational goals, while also providing guidance and support to team members in their daily tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security measures and compliance status.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
- Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
