Job Summary:

We are seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the temple’s overall security operations. The ideal candidate will ensure discipline, safety, and smooth functioning within the premises by leading a team of guards and maintaining proper security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the security team and manage daily briefing, grooming, and discipline.
• Prepare duty rosters and assign locations of work for guards.
• Manage Gate Pass, Inward & Outward entries, and maintain all relevant registers.
• Ensure proper visitor management and crowd control within temple premises.
• Act as the first responder in case of conflicts or emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to fire and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with temple administration for smooth security operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor / Incharge.
• Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
• Experience in Fire & Safety protocols (mandatory).
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and responsible approach.
• Only Male candidates may apply.
• Hindu candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Take Home: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000/- per month (Based on Interview Performance)
• Other Perks: PF & ESI
• Working Days: 6 days a week
