Security Supervisor (Hospital)

Supervise on security staff, housekeepers and office boys entire our hospitals premises

Ensure smooth patient flow, crowd control and discipline for our outpatient services

Conduct inspections of fire safety systems, emergency exits and electrical equipment

Ensure compliance with NABH/AYUSH safety standards and hospital protocols

Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams for emergency response drills

Supervise outsourced security services and track vendor performance for improvements

Train and maintain discipline among security staff on patient safety and emergency handling

Assist patients and attendants with directions and manage queues during peak OPD hours

Oversee basic facilities maintenance in OPD areas, including cleanliness, lighting, seating, drinking water, plumbing, electrical, furniture and reporting repair needs entire hospital

Maintain visitor registers and prepare monthly duty roaster for the facility services employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Graduation with 6-10 years of experience preferably in the Healthcare/Hospitals

Knowledge of outpatient safety standards, emergency protocols, and statutory compliance

Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams

We required good communication skills and familiarity with security monitoring system

Timely reports to Hospital Manager/Zonal Manager and supervision on facility services
