About the Role: 

We are a financial and accounting services company located in Leelanagar Hyderabad, Telangana, We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to join our team to be posted at client locations across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management in decision-making through timely financial insights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. 
• Prepare and issue Work orders and Purchase orders to vendors/Suppliers 
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards. 
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. 
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing required data and documentation. 
• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and within due dates. 
• Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities. 
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial reporting needs. 
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance and accounts department. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 
• Professional qualification (CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance) will be an added advantage. 
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. 
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho, MS Excel, and accounting principles. 
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. 
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books). 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Remuneration: 

Annual package ranging from 300000 to 400000.(No provident Fund and ESI Deductions)
