Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory records and stock management

• Handle purchase bills and sales billing

• Manage creditors and debtors accounts

• Handle cash management and bank reconciliation

• Process payroll

• Maintain ESI & PF compliance and filings

• Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Manage personal payments and loan payment tracking

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and vendors

Software Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with BUSY (Busy Accounting Software) is required

• Knowledge of BUSY shortcuts and advanced features will be an added advantage

Added Advantage:

• Prior accounting experience in a computer retail store / IT hardware business

(This will help in understanding inventory, billing, and business flow better)

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation

• Practical experience in GST, ESI, PF

• Good skills in reconciliation and financial reporting

• Ability to manage end-to-end accounting independently

• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential financial data

• Good communication and coordination skills
