Job Summary

Ananthaa Spacess LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in real estate accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliances, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting operations including books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Manage direct and indirect taxation:
• GST (returns, reconciliation, compliance)
• TDS (deductions, filings, returns)
• Income Tax (computations, returns, assessments)
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Handle real estate–specific accounting, including:
• Project-wise accounting
• Cost tracking and budgeting
• Revenue recognition
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer accounts
• Support management with financial reports and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 5+ years of proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Real estate industry experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
