Senior Accountant

We are Gale Tech Industries, manufacturers of Table Fans, Wall Fans, Pedestal Fans & other air-circulation products under the Kanstar Bluechef brand.

We are hiring an Experienced Senior Accountant who understands manufacturing accounts and can independently handle:

• GST filing, GST returns & reconciliation
• TDS, PF, ESI compliance
• Purchase, sales & expense entries (Tally Prime)
• Book-keeping & day-to-day accounting
• Cash flow planning and monitoring
• Salary payment & payroll-related entries
• Vendor payment management (including follow-ups & reconciliation)
• RTGS / NEFT processing & cheque submission
• Stock management & inward/outward reconciliation
• Banking entries, payment updates & cash management
• Balance Sheet finalization support
• Monthly and annual financial reports for management

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ ERP
• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, e-invoice, e-way bill
• Must be able to manage complete accounts independently

Preferred Industry Background:

• Manufacturing
• Trading
• OEM / Wholesale businesses
• Electrical appliances industry (bonus)

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com
• OR relevant experience in manufacturing accounts

Languages:

• Hindi/Telugu (Anyone)
• Basic English

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
