Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. The successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Accounting and Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:- Qualifications: CA/ICWA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
