Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial records, accounting processes, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial reports, supervising accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial discrepancies.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Provide financial reports and insights to management for business decisions.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter preferred).
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and statutory filings.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Knowledge of financial audits and compliance management.
• Experience managing junior accountants or accounting teams.
