Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad


About the Company:

Our client is a design-driven luxury furniture and home-interiors company working across high-end residential and commercial projects. They curate and produce premium, timeless furniture — including living room and bedroom sets, kitchens, wardrobes, seating, dining collections, and more. Their focus is on exceptional craftsmanship and design that transcends trends.


Role Overview:

Our client is hiring for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Accountant to manage the complete financial ledgering and documentation for all their project-based work.


Key Responsibilities:


The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the full spectrum of project and general accounting, including:


Bookkeeping & Ledger Management:

○ Perform meticulous daily bookkeeping for all company transactions.

○ Maintain and reconcile vendor-based ledgers accurately.

○ Maintain and reconcile contractor-based ledgers accurately.

○ Develop and manage project-wise ledgers for all interior and construction-related projects to track expenses and profitability.


Documentation & Logistics:

○ Prepare and manage Sales Invoices.

○ Ensure all required documentation for site delivery and logistics is accurately processed and recorded.


Financial Reporting & Analysis:

○ Verify and process all bills given by vendors and contractors daily.

○ Verify and reconcile daily bank statements.

○ Prepare and generate comprehensive financial statements every 15 days.

○ Analyze financial data and provide necessary, actionable inputs to the management for decision-making.


Stakeholder Coordination:

○ Proactively follow up with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial information is received.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or architecture industries.


Software Proficiency (Must-Have):

○ Excellent understanding and high proficiency in Tally software.

○ Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data analysis and reporting).

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint (for documentation and presentations).


Communication & Attributes:

○ Must be fast, quick, and highly efficient in task execution.

○ Excellent general knowledge of vendor and stakeholder follow-up procedures.


● Language Proficiency:

○ Mandatory proficiency in English and Telugu.

○ Optional proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
