Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting activities independently using Tally (ERP/Prime)
• Maintain day-to-day accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and finalization of accounts
• Manage GST compliance:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2 reconciliation
• Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation
• GST workings related to construction/real estate projects
• Handle TDS compliance:
• TDS deductions, challans, returns (24Q, 26Q)
• TDS reconciliation and Form 16/16A
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and Trial Balance
• Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and expense allocation
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, timelines, and filings
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and assessments
• Required Skills & Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS – mandatory
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction accounting – preferred
• Good understanding of project accounting, cost sheets, and revenue recognition
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred Candidate Profile Experience handling accounts in construction or real estate companies
• Strong analytical and compliance-oriented mindset
• Immediate joiners preferred
