Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and timely filings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and payments
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Ability to prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Experience:

• Minimum 1–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in handling end-to-end accounts is preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred
