Senior Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Head to lead and manage branch operations for all kinds of loan products including Home Loans, Mortgage Loans (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Auto Loans, and SME Loans. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end branch operations for all loan verticals
• Drive business targets for sourcing, disbursement, and revenue
• Manage and mentor Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and support staff
• Develop strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, builders, DSAs & connectors
• Ensure loan files are processed as per credit policy and compliance norms
• Monitor daily sales activity, MIS, pipeline, and conversions
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales teams
• Handle key clients and high-value loan cases
• Ensure excellent customer experience and grievance handling
• Maintain branch profitability and cost control
