Senior Civil Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities·        Handle end-to-end execution of G+5 apartment construction from foundation to handover

·        Plan and deploy manpower, machinery, and materials as per project schedule

·        Ensure work execution as per GFC drawings, specifications, and approved method statements

·        Study and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings

·        Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs for clarification

·        Check formwork/shuttering for line, level, alignment, and safety

·        Verify reinforcement steel as per approved drawings and BBS

·        Supervise concrete placement, vibration, curing, and testing

·        Monitor masonry works for line, level, plumb, and bonding

·        Supervise and ensure quality of flooring, skirting, dado, and cladding works

·        Monitor finishing items such as doors, windows, painting, waterproofing, railings, and false ceilings

·        Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved samples and drawings

·        Prepare and close snag lists during finishing and handover stages

·        Ensure quality execution of flooring and finishing works

·        Check measurements and certify subcontractor RA bills

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

·        Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory norms

·        Coordinate snag rectification and project handover documentation

·        Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works

·        Proficient in MS Word, Excel.

·        Good technical and email writing skills

·        Strong leadership and coordination abilities
