Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong experience in Quantity Surveying, cost control, and project financial management. The role requires complete responsibility for project estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, budgeting, and contractual cost management from project start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs for buildings, infrastructure, and civil works as per drawings and specifications

Carry out accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for all civil activities

Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills (RA bills and final bills)

Monitor project budgets and control costs at every stage of execution

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects

Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontract works

Track variations, extra items, and change orders with proper documentation

Prepare and evaluate tender documents and comparative statements

Support contract administration, claims preparation, and cost-related negotiations

Maintain proper measurement books, billing records, and cost reports

Prepare cash flow statements and monitor project expenditure

Review drawings to identify cost impact and quantity changes

Assist in project audits and financial reviews

Required Skills:

Qualification & Experience:
