Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Retail Cloud applications (MFCS, SIOCS, RICS etc.)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Provide expertise in both functional (business process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis) and technical (integration, data migration, API, security) aspects of Oracle Retail Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle Retail modules and perform setup as needed to support business requirements.
• Advise on best practices for Oracle Retail Cloud Service implementations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across Oracle Retail modules.
• Lead and/or support data migration, systems integration, and interface development projects.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in Oracle Retail Cloud topics.
• Prepare project documentation, test plans, and conduct user training.

• Stay current on Oracle Retail Cloud product enhancements and industry trends.

  Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Retail solutions, with at least 2 years on Oracle Retail Cloud Services.
• Demonstrated techno-functional expertise across major Oracle Retail modules (Merchandising, Sales Audit, Pricing, Store Inventory, etc.).
• Proven experience integrating Oracle Retail Cloud solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, APIs, security, and data management practices.
• Experience with PL/SQL, scripting, and Oracle integration tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead client workshops, propose solutions, and deliver clear documentation.
• Oracle Retail Cloud certification preferred.
• Nice to Have:
• Retail industry experience or knowledge of retail business processes.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Oracle integration Cloud).
• Prior consulting or client-facing project experience.
