Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant – Functional Expert in Segregation of Duties!
In this role, you will have a deep understanding of processes, SOD principles, risk management, and compliance. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring SOD frameworks to ensure robust internal controls and mitigate risks within the organization.
Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement SoD frameworks: Design and establish comprehensive SoD policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.
•    Risk assessment and mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential conflicts of interest and segregation issues. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
•    Compliance monitoring: Regularly review and monitor compliance with SoD policies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
•    Training and awareness: Provide training sessions and workshops to educate employees on SoD principles and the importance of maintaining proper segregation.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of SoD controls across the organization.
•    Audit support: Assist internal and external auditors in reviewing SoD controls. Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
•    Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SoD and internal controls. Continuously enhance SoD frameworks to address emerging risks.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (like CA, CPA, CISA) is preferred
•    Relevant experience in risk management, internal audits, internal controls, or a related field with a focus on SoD.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Strong understanding of risk management principles and SOD best practices
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Proficiency in using risk management and compliance tools
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
