Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Record and track customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues and potential improvements.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Customer-centric mindset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
