Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Record and track customer interactions using CRM software.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues and potential improvements.
- Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Personal Attributes: Customer-centric mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
