Senior Customer Services Executive

Customer service Executive is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. They maintain customer databases, resolve queries, and meet daily/monthly targets by effectively communicating company offerings. Key skills include excellent communication, persuasion, and resilience

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Outbound/Cold Calling: Contacting potential customers to promote products, set up appointments.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching services, arrange customer meetings.
• Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in a Prescribed data Sheet
• Following Scripts: Utilizing given scripts to provide consistent information while adjusting communication style to suit the customer.
• Follow-ups: Re-contacting prospects to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets
