Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to independently manage data analysis, reporting automation, and dashboard creation. This role requires hands-on expertise in transforming raw data into actionable insights for business and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain advanced Excel models, templates, and MIS dashboards

2. Data analysis and visualization using Power BI

3. Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and validation

4. VBA automation to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort

5. Creating standardized reporting frameworks and improving existing processes

6. Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and governance across datasets

7. Supporting management with insight-driven reports and trend analysis

8. Mentoring executives/junior team members on data handling and reporting best practices

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3–6+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role

2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas, pivots, dashboards)

3. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visuals)

4. Solid working knowledge of SQL

5. Experience with VBA / Excel automation

6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
