Senior Field Sales Executive — Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Solar Rooftop EPC

Experience: 3–6 years in field sales (solar / electrical / construction preferred)

Role Overview :

Lead on-ground sales for residential, commercial, and agricultural rooftop solar projects. You will generate leads, meet customers on-site, close deals, and guide them through subsidy and net-metering processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate qualified leads through field visits, references, and local campaigns
• Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and customer consultations
• Explain ROI, subsidy benefits (PM Surya Ghar), and financing options
• Prepare quotations and follow up until closure
• Coordinate with technical team for survey, design, and installation
• Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline tracking
• Build relationships with electricians, builders, and local influencers
• Achieve monthly revenue and installation targets
• Support Arka Ambassador network in local outreach
• Required SkillsStrong persuasion and negotiation ability
• Basic understanding of solar systems (training provided)
• Confident communication in Telugu, Hindi, or English
• Ability to work independently in field conditions
• CRM or sales tracking discipline

Qualifications :

• Graduate or Diploma (Electrical preferred but not mandatory)
• Valid two-wheeler license & willingness to travel locally
• Proven track record in direct/field sales

Compensation :

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives per kW sold
