Senior Full Stack Developer

Job descriptionStepupmark Marketing Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. This role focuses on developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications as part of a collaborative development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage relational databases.
• Create responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar).
• Develop and deploy AI-driven features (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbots, NLP modules) using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, etc.
• Collaborate with the product team to design intelligent, data-driven user experiences.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies and suggest innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python with Django or Flask.
• Frontend expertise: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and basic cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and full stack architecture.
• Practical experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or OpenAI's API.
• Experience working with NLP, image processing, or data modeling is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Experience with AI implementation in production environments is a strong plus.
