Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Asst Manager – Finance and Accounting with

strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel to lead the day-to-day financial

operations, with a strong emphasis on accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal

candidate brings a strong background in accounting principles, experience managing audits, and

the ability to lead a team in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

Accounting & Reporting

 Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with accounting standards

 Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and supporting

schedules

 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies and

manage the chart of accounts and ensure consistent application of accounting policies

 Coordinate and lead external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure successful

completion

 Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of sales platforms, Monitor and reconcile online

payment gateways, merchant accounts, and bank deposits.

 Ensure all tax filings (GST, Income Tax, TDS) are completed accurately and on time

 Maintain and improve internal control systems, accounting procedures, and documentation

Finance & Planning

 Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models

 Provide variance analysis and management reporting to inform business decisions

 Support cash flow forecasting and treasury functions

 Collaborate with department managers to monitor budgets and control expenses

 Participate in system upgrades or implementations related to finance and accounting function

Team Leadership & Collaboration

 Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, providing training and performance

feedback

 Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team
