Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll)*

Industry: Automobile

Location: LB Nagar

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage core HR functions within the automobile organization. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management in alignment with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, workshop, and back-office roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and internal referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees.

2. Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
  • Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) are properly managed.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain healthy workplace culture across showroom/workshop locations.

4. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Handle exit formalities including full & final settlement.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Track probation confirmations and increments.
  • Support training and development initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills.

Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Relevant HR experience in automobile industry preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in automobile dealership/workshop/manufacturing setup.
  • Exposure to high-volume hiring and field staff recruitment.
