We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admission counsellor to join our team. The HR executive will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admission process. This role involves working closely with students, parents, and academic staff to ensure a smooth, informed, and personalized experience for applicants. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prospective students and their families with accurate information about academic programs, admissions criteria, application processes, and financial aid options.
• Maintain and update student records in the admissions database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Regularly follow up with applicants, responding to queries and offering support throughout the decision-making process.
• Work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and financial aid offices to ensure all aspects of the admissions process are aligned.
• Ensure that all admissions activities comply with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in student services, counseling, or admissions is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
