Position: Senior HR Recruiter (Homeopathy Health Domain)
Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
Office Timing: 9:20 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 PM
Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment (mandatory)
Age: 22-30 years
Qualification: MBA (mandatory)
Languages: Telugu, Hindi, English (mandatory)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and onboard talent for clinical, administrative, and support roles in homeopathy health services.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, job portals, and local networks.
- Conduct background checks, reference verification, and compliance with HR policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and track recruitment metrics.
- Handle employee relations, exit interviews, and support HR initiatives.
